The Fall schedule starts September 12! So all children Pre- 8th grade meet in the Preschool room for the Sunday School Opening by 9:00 a.m. (Please arrive a little early for registration.) High school students meet in the Youth Room at 9:00 a.m. THE POOR, WELFARE & TRUE COMPASSION is the hot topic of Pastors new Adult Bible Class starting at 9:00 a.m. in the Gathering Room. It is based on Rev. Dr. Helmut Thielickes great study! The Divine Service of the Word will start at 10:15 a.m.
Thanks Friends in Faith for sponsoring our annual New Member & Congregational Church Picnic today. They have provided plenty of grilling meats, beverages, dessert, and all our table service needs. The MOMs Bible Study group topic for this Wednesday, September 15th, is, Pressure Points, by Sheri Miller from the LWML Fall Quarterly. Moms of all ages and phases of life are welcome to join us at 10:00 a.m. in the Youth Group room. It is by the elevator in the basement. Child care is provided by Judy J.
The Bible class for the young adults had to close down for the Summer due to an illness. However, we are going to resume at 9:00 a.m. in the kitchen on September 19th. Please mark the date. The term Young can be used for a recent graduate, (but we think everybody is Young.) You will not be turned away. At this Bible study you may ask questions and dig for meaning. WE ALWAYS USE OUR BIBLE. ALL will be welcomed! Join us!
