Reconnect with Food® is a yoga-based eating disorder recovery program located at Inner Door Center (a division of Jump Start Consulting, LLC) in Royal Oak, Michigan. We also offer outpatient therapy for other psychological and nutritional concerns.
Reconnect with Food® is a systematic, life-transforming, yoga-based eating disorder treatment program, empowering you to make changes from the inside out, creating a natural shift in your relationship with food. We offer you an encouraging and nurturing space for you to make connections with others who are experiencing similar struggles with food, body image and related addictions.
Our yoga-based eating disorder treatment program is integrated with a traditional PHP and IOP model, but unlike any other program that you have ever experienced in any part of the country. We are progressive and use modern therapies, which are evidence-based. Our program goes beyond just talking about issues, but has you feel and experience solutions on a mind, body, and spiritual level.
