Spectrum Human Services, Inc. & Affiliated Companies and Operation ABLE of Michigan are pleased to announce the establishment of a partnership in which Operation ABLE becomes an affiliated company and member agency of Spectrum Human Services, Inc., effective September 1, 2008.

Established in 1986, Operation Able provides training, career guidance and placement assistance to people age 40 and older who have been laid off, are chronically unemployed or are underemployed. Operation Able also assists businesses with training and hiring needs.
