James C. Curtiss is an attorney with over 30 years of employment law experience, focusing primarily on litigation of claims for sexual harassment, whistleblowers, race, age, gender, and disability discrimination, fringe benefits, nonpayment of commissions, noncompetition clauses, and wrongful termination.
