We’d like to welcome you to our spacious studio at 8724 Ferry St. in Montague. Located right next door to Montague’s popular Book Nook and Java Shop (and the equally popular Jimmy’s Pub—fewer books, stiffer beverages) the studio features yoga for all levels, pilates, zumba and other fitness classes, as well as massage and skin care.
Carpeted floors, high ceilings draped in diaphanous fabric, and large windows, all help to create a peaceful, spiritual space for exercise and meditation.
Our yoga is in the Hatha style, with classes for all levels, seven days a week. (Visit Classes to learn more about the classes we offer, and view Schedule to find specific times for our classes.)

His classes combine Hatha yoga with elements of Kripalu, Anusara, Vinyasa, and even a little Pilates thrown in. Mitch has a relaxed, informal style, putting students at ease, while encouraging them to bend, stretch, strengthen and tone, and to have fun doing it.
