The Compound in Sterling Heights is a Martial Arts and Personal Fitness Training Center. We are the premiere Sterling Heights Kickboxing, MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) and boot camp training facility. We have amateur and pro fighters who train in our Sterling Heights Martial Arts center.

As a Sterling Heights Karate school, we offer classes for Adults and Kids, including Brazilian Jujitsu. Yoga and Zumba are additional classes offered. We conduct a Sterling Heights Women's & Seniors Self Defense lessons at The Compound. We also offer CPL/CCW classes.
