Children are welcome as part of our joyful worship celebration.
Rocking chairs are provided in the back of the church and a nursery is available for children who have not yet started kindergarten. We also offer structured learning alternatives:
During the 10:45 am worship service, following the Time for Young Worshippers, we offer Worship Center for pre-school through third grade. Children go out together and are directed to the appropriate class; parents are welcome to walk with their children.
Located on tables behind the back row of seats in the sanctuary are:
Activity bulletins and crayons for children who stay in the worship service.
Large-print bulletins for those who have trouble reading smaller print.
Headsets for the hearing-impaired that allow the listener to hear the hearing loop system transmission.
Our church is equipped with a Hearing Loop System which may enhance hearing using your hearing aid. Please set your hearing aid to the "T" switch.

More than 45 people gathered, Thursday evening, for a dialogue about our congregations facilities. The discussions, in small and larger groups, led us to a better understanding of where we are and where the Holy Spirit may lead us. We gathered input regarding how the facilities support the ministries of our congregation.

There will be a public viewing of With God On Our Side, in the (lower level) Auditorium at Herrick Public Library at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 9, sponsored by the Friends of Palestinians and Israelis Holland group, follow-up to the Arendshorst lecture. This is the second half of the film. The Rev. John Kleinheksel is the convener.
