November's First Friday performance will feature Happendance 2, the junior company comprised of a group of dancers, age 12-18, selected by audition. Members of Happendance 2 receive pre-professional training in a variety of dance styles as well as the opportunity to work with various choreographers in the community.
The group is represented by dancers from Charlotte, Holt, Okemos, Williamston, and East Lansing who come together and are unified in their passion for dance and sharing it with their community.
The performance will present energizing and eclectic dance performances in the styles of Hip-Hop, Jazz, Lyrical and Modern from some of your favorite choreographers including: Nick Sanchez, Jessica Shank, Lisa Whiting Dobson, Missy Lilje, Jillian Tremonte and more.
Admission: FREE! Donations accepted.
