**Due to an increase in costs associated with our vendors and economic inflation, beginning January 1, 2010, Niko's Landing Banquet Center is adjusting the hall rental price to $700.00 for all Saturday Events that will take place in 2011 and beyond.

Niko's Landing off-season Special!!! Book a Jan., Feb., or March wedding with us with 150 guests or more,and get the hall rental for free!
