When Bill Dobbs opened the doors in 1968 he brought to downtown Kalamazoo a superior level of service, building a loyal customer base, many of whom still visit the practice on a regular basis. When I took over the practice in 2000, it was my goal to augment that service with the type of fashion-forward appeal that reflected the city’s growth as a cultural and urban center. My staff and I work to uphold these objectives every day—while keeping the personal, small town feel that makes western Michigan such a high quality place to work, live and do business.
