A jawbone was found last week at a work site in Manistee. The police department called on Abonmarche to use ground penetrating radar (GPR) equipment to scan the site for further evidence to determine its origin. Abonmarche Receives Excellence In Concrete Pavement Award
Abonmarche's South Bend office recently received the 2010 Excellence In Conrete Pavement Award in the Municipal Streets and Intersections Under 30,000 Square Yards of Pavement classification.
The project that received the award is the Douglas Road Added Travel Lanes and Improvements Project that was designed for the City of South Bend and built by Selge Construction Company out of Niles, Michigan.
The award was presented by the Indiana chapter of the American Concrete Paving Association to five road and three airport projects constructed in 2009.
