Share-A-Plan is a convenient way to travel on our Motorcoaches without having to worry about not being able to fill the bus with just your group. In the past if you had a small group the cost-per-seat ("cps") was just too expensive and you were left with only one option if you wanted affordable travel, CANCEL. Now with our new product Share-A-Plan you don't have to cancel.

How does it work? Its' quite simple. If your group averages 10-15 passengers we will simply add 2-3 extra groups going to the same destination. In this way we are able to keep the cps to a modest and affordable price by dividing the cps among all the groups sharing the bus. For example: Let's say you have 15 people in your group and another group has 37. This will allow Wilmac Tours to completely fill a 52 passenger Motor Coach and both groups get the benefit of a lower cps rate. In this example, a group of 37 traveling to Cedar Point without taking advantage of Share-A-Plan would pay $24.92 cps, but through the Share-A- Plan the group's cost is only $17.73 cps, that is a savings of $7.19 cps.
