Raffle starts on October 11, 2010 and ends on November 19, 2010.
Patients must have a (free) LASIK consultion and be candidates.
Patients purchase a $100 raffle ticket for the drawing, & schedule their procedure anytime November or later, even into 2011, to be eligible.
All proceeds will be donated to Welcome Homes, a non-profit organization through the Lions Club & Dr. Anderson
1 winner will be drawn LIVE on eightWest on November 19, 2010, this person will receive LASIK for both eyes at no additional charge.
For all who dont get drawn, they will receive the graduation special ($500 of each eye), which has been lengthened through the end of the year + an additional $100 off their procedure for the raffle ticket that they purchased.

Our office participates with most vision and medical insurance plans, including BCBS and all related products, Blue Care Network and all related products, Priority Health, and Medicare. When you contact our office, we will specifically check your individual insurance plan.
