ORGAN CONCERT Oct.29
On Friday, October 29 at 7:30 p.m. Third Reformed Church will host the 3 Organ Scholars from St. Johns Episcopal Church in Detroit in concert. Susan DeKam, Richard Newman, and Aaron Tam will put the organ through its paces in a marvelous concert not to be missed. On Sunday, November 7 during the evening Vespers service, Linda will show a Power Point and demonstrate some of the new elements of the organ renovation.
TASC CHRISTMAS MISSION PROJECT
Operation Christmas Child Shoebox gifts for children around the world. We invite the congregation to join us in collecting small items to fill the boxes. We will need small toys, hygiene items (no liquids), school supplies, and personal items. We will also need monetary donations to help cover the cost of mailing. For ideas and more information, pick up a flier on the Childrens Table in the Gathering Place. We will be collecting items from October 27-November 9.
FAMILY ADVENT WORKSHOP Nov. 21
Our annual event to help us prepare to celebrate Advent and Christmas is scheduled for Sunday, November 21. in the late afternoon. If you would like to help with this special event, please contact Joyce Fry or Pastor Kent.

ALL SAINTS SUNDAY Oct. 31
Your offering envelope pack includes and envelope at November 1 to be used for All Saints Day. Memorial gifts placed in our Endowed Mission Memorial Fund will live forever with proceeds used to pay our mission shares. You can drop your envelope in the plate at any time.
BREAKFAST WITH BABY Nov. 13
The congregation is invited to attend the ordination service of Lorene Duin on Sunday, November 7 at 4:00 p.m. in our sanctuary. Lorene will be serving three churches in a 3-church residency program. She will be supporting the work of First Presbyterian Church in Schoolcraft, the First Presbyterian Church in Paw Paw, and the First Presbyterian Church in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Her role with each of them will include conducting worship, teaching Bible studies, and leading community Christian care and outreach.
In the event of a major storm in which travel is hazardous or impossible, the 8:30 a.m. service and Sunday School will be canceled, but there will be a walk-in service at 11:00 a.m. The church will inform WHTC and WJQ as early in the morning as possible of such a change in our schedule. We will also provide that information at this site.
Valet Parking Service:
During the winter months this service will be offered from 10:30 to 10:45 a.m. Drive up to the covered entrance off the parking lot, and you will be assisted to the door. Stay inside the door until your keys are returned to you. After the service, return to the main door and give your car keys to the attendant. If you have questions call the church office.
