8:45 a.m. - On this second Stewardship Sunday, Dr. Stan Mast will preach a sermon entitled “Balancing the Books” based on I Timothy 6:6-9. The Chancel Choir will sing Psalm 50 (Offer Unto God the Sacrifice of Thanksgiving) by F. Melius Christiansen. Dr. Larry Visser serves as organist for the service.

11 a.m. -On this second Stewardship Sunday, Dr. Stan Mast will preach a sermon entitled “Balancing the Books” based on I Timothy 6:6-9. The Junior Choir will sing Fanfare for Thanksgiving by L. Stanley Glarum. Dr. Larry Visser serves as organist for the service.

6 p.m. - At this Pre-Thanksgiving Service, Dr. Stan Mast will preach a sermon entitled “Showers of Blessing” based on Ezekiel 34:26. Guest soloist Joel Navarro will sing O Be Joyful in the Lord by Leo Sowerby. Norma deWaal Malefyt serves as organist for the service.

10 a.m. - Thanksgiving Day Service: Rev. Don Klop and Dr. Stan Mast will preach a two-part sermon entitled “Giving Thanks in Desolation” and “Giving Thanks in Consolation,” respectively. The Chancel Choir will sing O Be Joyful in the Lord by John Huston. A brass quintet and tympani will join organist Dr. Larry Visser in the prelude, offertory and postlude.

A Church Behind Bars
LaGrave supports the Celebration Fellowship Church in Bellamy Creek Prison in Ionia, MI. Members are given fellowship opportunities with prisoners in a worship and Bible study setting.
