Welcome! We are excited that you have logged on to our web site to "check us out". You may have noticed the picture next to this text. It is the Garden Tomb in Jerusalem where the Lord Jesus Christ conquered sin, death and hell through His glorious resurrection. It is a place of new beginnings and victory over the trials and battles we all face in this life. It is a place of new beginning and victory for you.
The purpose and goal of our ministry is for people to meet the Risen Lord and see in Him the answer for everything in this life and the life to come. Jesus is our all in all and we hope that the Lord will use our ministry to touch as many people as possible with His life....perhaps yours.
Oakhill Church is a church that seeks to know the Lord better through powerful preaching/teaching, Christ centered worship and mission to the world. Our church is excited about what the Lord is doing in our lives and we freely offer it to everyone. We think you will find Oakhill to be an incredibly warm and inviting place to be. All of us feel like we are family there.....and of course we are as the Body of Christ..
Some of the distinctives of Oakhill include a focus on understanding, experiencing and living out amazing grace. We believe the grace of God in the Gospel sets people free to be transformed into His image. We also believe that every believer needs a growing understanding and application of the Word of God to every area of life. When the Word of God is properly proclaimed lives are changed...it's that simple!

However, from our experience, the most important thing you can do is to connect with us in person through worship, Bible study, prayer or fellowship. It is normally through such events that the Holy Spirit provides the direction and leading about a person's place in a particular part of the Body.
