Welcome to the Farm!
Ludema & Boyink Sod Farm is located 1/2 hour east of Grand Rapids, MI in Clarksville, MI and provides residential and commercial sod sales and delivery to all of West Michigan. You can also pick it up yourself at our farm.

Our Sod Is:

Sold in easy to carry 2 ft x 5 ft rolls
Grown from seeds containing less than 1.5% inert matter and 0% weeds

Resistant to disease and other nuisances
Able to perform well over a wide range of installation conditions

Retail prices per square foot for Delivery:

Delivery within 50 miles of our farm, including Muskegon is $60. Delivery 51-80 miles is $125 and for over 80 miles please contact us for pricing and delivery cost.
Retail prices per square foot for Pick up:

We charge a $11 deposit per pallet, refundable when the pallet is returned. contact us.
* Please call ahead to place your order as we cut the sod fresh every morning to order.

Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
Saturday and Sunday - Closed

Deliveries are made Monday - Friday and on Saturdays by special appointment.

I-96 to Saranac/Clarksville Exit #59
Go South/Right on Nash Highway for 2.5 miles
At the 4-way stop go East/Left on Cross Street for 2 miles
Cross Street becomes Clarksville Road
Our Farm is on the North/Left side of the road

Same day delivery or pick up available (schedule allowing)
Minimum delivery only 700 sq ft / 70 rolls
Payment due upon delivery we accept Cash, Check and Credit Cards (Visa & Mastercard)

Installing sod yourself is easy and affordable.
We do not offer installation services, but can recommend a reliable landscape professional in your area to do the installation.
Sod is perfect for fixing small areas -- why struggle to grow grass when a 10 ft x 10 ft area can be sodded for about $15!
