Programs in Partnership with the Chelsea District Library
CCA is proud to partner with the Chelsea Library to offer workshops and lecture/demonstrations this fall. Take part in a workshop by this year's Artist-in-Residence Jerzy Drozd, Cartoonist and Teaching Artist, or hear CCA music faculty Lester Castellana and Lisa Hinz-Johnson discuss the evolution of music through time, opportunities in the field of music and music education, and exploring the backgrounds of classical composers. Chelsea Children's Choir seeks students who love to sing!
The new Chelsea Children's Choir (CCC) is on the verge of fruition! This program was established this fall after several years of parent requests and considerable planning by CCA’s Director of Music, Lisa Hinz-Johnson. CCA is looking for a few more interested students (ages 7-13) who love to sing! Visit Music Classes for more information about CCC.
