Trainer Nights At The Jackson Road Store Have Arrived!

The indoor trainer rides already started! Come join us at 6pm at the Two Wheel Tango store on Jackson Rd. We'll continue having them each Tuesday and Thursday throughout the fall and winter.

Set-up starts at 6:00 p.m. and everyone will be riding from about 6:30 to 7:30, then pick up and depart by 8:00. Bring your own trainer or rollers, a towel to keep sweat off the floor, a fan to keep you cool (we have a few but more are helpful), and your own workout.

The Ann Arbor Velo Club will provide some music, occasional videos, and other people to ride with. These workouts are generally not designed as as an organized group workout. Some evenings we will also start with a quick presentation or discussion of a cycling topic (training, racing, equipment, maintenance, etc.)
