If you want to have good customer service and someone who is certified to repair phones and computers, you will absolutely not find it here. I went to have my iPhone repaired and some 13 year old kid fixed it. They don't even have anyone who is certified in phone or computer repair in their store. When I went to put my life proof case on my phone, the screen went black. I went to a different store and they said that there were screws missing, screws were in too tight and my ear piece was missing from my phone. When I asked for a refund or some sort of compensation, the owner kept on shouting at me even though I repeatedly asked him to lower his voice. He told me that he was in the right and that I was wrong because he was "the superior". He cut me off multiple times and told me that he refuses to refund me. DO NOT GO HERE. He will disrespect you. I have spoken to several other stores in the Mt. Pleasant area about his business and they have told me that he is rude and has threatened other businesses when he does not get what he wants. If you have an issue with your phone, please go anywhere else besides here.
