Patient Information forms can be found on this website (see Patient Forms) and having them filled out ahead of your first appointment will save you time in the office. These forms give valuable information to the doctors, allowing for a more thorough evaluation of your specific needs.
Your first visit will consist of a complete examination, including x-rays if the doctors deem them necessary. After fully evaluating your case history and conducting your examination, our doctors will work with you to determine the best course of treatment for you. Treatment may consist of chiropractic adjustments, therapies, and/or rehabilitation.
