Attorney Topping is a 1972 graduate of the University of Washington College of Law at American University. Over the years, he has practiced in many different areas of the Law, with an emphasis on Debt Relief through Bankruptcy.

Attorney Zielinskis has had a successful Law Practice in excess of 36 years. He has practiced extensively throughout Michigan, particularily in the counties of Genesee, Lapeer, Shiawassee and Tuscola. During his career he has attended numerous seminars, instructional courses and State Bar sponsored programs aimed at continuously updating his legal education and keeping him abrest of recent changes of existing laws.
