The house we built has not sold. There has been an offer on the table to attach a garage to the home for $10,000.00 You can't get a foundation and buy the material for that much, but no one wants the home. Not even when you can take a morning walk along the Traprock River, and take another after a day of work. Sowe're thinking of renting it.
