For almost 40 years, James L. Feinberg has been defending individuals' constitutional rights in the state of Michigan and across the country.
James L. FeinbergJim began his career in the Neighborhood Legal Service, and then joined Craig & Feiger shortly thereafter. Following these experiences, he practiced for four years at the Wayne County Defender's Office. Jim then went on to open his own practice that he has continuously operated for over 30 years.
James L. Feinberg has been continuously involved in improvement and expansion of the legal community. He is the founder of the Hispanic Bar Association and is one of the founding members of the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan (CDAM). He remains a frequent presenter and instructor for CDAM, as well as various other continuing legal education programs acros the state and the country. Jim has also been the prast president of the prestiguous American Board of Criminal Lawyers. He currently serves as an ex-officio board member.
James L. Feinberg is admitted in all of the Michigan Courts. Additionally, he has practiced in numerous other state courts, including Arizona, Florida, Nevada, New York, and Ohio.
