Disease Alert: Heartworm Positive Cases through April-19 Parvovirus Positive Cases through April-12
Lyme Positive Cases through April-2 Anaplaplasmosis Cases through April-4 Erlichiosis Positive Cases through April-3Don't Forget To Test Your Dog For these diseases every year.
You can only prevent Parvovirus by vaccination. Puppies should start at 6 weeks of age and older dogs should get a booster every year.
All cats and kittens should be tested for Feline Leukemia Virus(FELV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus(FIV).

Go to www.petsandparasites.org. Keep your pet healthier, decrease contamination of the soil around your house, decrease the health risks to children. We recommend "Revolution" for cats and "Interceptor" or "Sentinel" for dogs.
Petfest 2010 was May 6. Hundreds turned out for our 19th annual open house celebrating pets. A time to learn about surgery, weight loss, fleas and ticks, and more. Activities from face painting, to horse rides, and a petting zoo. We are blessed with a community that cares about their pets.
