Psychotherapy is a process of sorting through problems with an eye towards what got you to your dilemmas in the first place, identifying feelings and behaviors associated with your concerns and working through the issues in a productive, forward-moving way. I am a trusted confidant with practical solutions, unconditional support, nudging when needed and out of the box thinking, who draws on twenty-eoght years experience in the helping profession. Every problem, big or small, has a path to change and growth.
