Vincent, P.C. In 1990, the firm moved to its present location. Over the years, the firm has established a reputation for litigation excellence, mostly in the criminal law arena. In 2003, James E.R. Fifelski, Esq. joined the firm as an Associate Attorney and became a Partner in 2008. The firm renamed itself to Vincent & Fifelski, P.C. John Vincent, Esq. joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in 2006.

James E. R. Fifelski, Attorney at Law
James E. R. Fifelski, Esq. is an experienced criminal and civil trial attorney. He previously served as interim law clerk/judicial intern for Federal Magistrate Judge Virginia Morgan. Mr. Fifelski spends a great deal of time in district and circuit courts throughout Southeastern Michigan involved in commercial, landlord/tenant, probate, real estate, and tort lawsuits. Mr. Fifelski is licensed to practice in the State of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Fifelski is also a recipient of the Probate and Estate Planning Certificate cosponsored by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan (2005, updated 2007).
