Blue Repair is computer repair service you can rely on. We are here to provide a new option for computer service and repair to home residents and students in the Lansing area. Solving computer problems shouldn't have to be both an expensive and frustrating experience. We've gathered a collection of talented technicians who feel that getting your computer fixed shouldn't be such a pain. No more inflated service rates or unfriendly customer service, we offer our services at two flat rates. One rate for more simpler computer maintenance and another for more serious repair work. In addition, we'll guarantee a quicker turn around time than you'd expect to find elsewhere

Free pickup and delivery to users within 20min of downtown Lansing.
No hourly rates for service. This means that every service we provide is a flat rate.
Overnight service. If your equipment is checked in before 4pm, it will be ready for you by 6pm the next business day.*
$50 repair charge. This is for more serious services, requiring multiple steps for resolution (i.e. data backup and Windows reinstallation)
$25 maintenance charge. Simple software maintenance or hardware installation.

*For some repairs, hardware will need to be replaced. This may be evident during pickup, or may be determined during service. In this event, we will quickly provide a time and price quote to you. Depending on availability, it may take a couple days for replacement. Should this be the case, we will honor our overnight guarantee the day we receive your replacement part.
