Some company's offer steel rain gutters, steel is great and cheap, but unfortunately no matter how you coat it, galvanize it, or how many times you coat it and dip it---it rusts, tarnishes, and discolors and this is especially evident when you have the presence of pine needles. That is why we use heavy gauge aluminum rain gutters. Aluminum is the type of gutter that is used the most in the United States and Canada because of its corrosion resistance. Our machinery is capable of running up to .25 gauge vinyl coated steel and we are able to obtain that metal from our suppliers at less of a material cost to us, but instead we choose to use the best product, which is more expensive (aluminum) and we offer it at the same price or less than our counterparts.
