Since 1926 Walters & Hemming has been providing the Grand Traverse region with fast, dependable service for all their plumbing, heating, and air conditioning needs. Our retail department also boasts knowledgeable and helpful personel to help you pick the perfect faucet or find you the repair parts you need for your heating and air conditioning equipment. You will find us in the same location we have enjoyed for many years, on Front St. just across from Folgarelli's Market in Downtown Traverse City. In fact the building was originally the Nash Motors dealership. We take great pride in our company's heritage and enjoy working with new and returning customers alike. Some customers are the third or even fourth generation to use our services! We are still operated by the original Mr. Hemming's grandson, Bill Hemming, and have a family oriented business with employees staying with us for 15 years and more. Carl, our previous plumbing estimator, recently retired after 40 years! We hope to be able to continue to serve you in the future and look foreword to another 80 years of business in the local area.
