We care about your pet: Your pet is a living creature who needs your love and care, and also needs our help in preventing and treating disease.
We care about you: We understand your feelings for your pet, and the worry and grief that you experience when he /she is ill. We also understand how hectic life can be, so we do all we can to streamline your visit with us.

Gentle Cat Care: We employ a number of techniques to minimize stress during your cat's visit:
First and foremost, we have a separate entry, waiting room, exam rooms, and cat wards exclusively for cats. Your cat will not be confronted with, see, or even smell a dog. We also release a relaxing cat pheromone into the cat areas of the hospital to reduce your cat's anxiety.
Another very important approach we take is that we rarely restrain your cat -- we have found ways to keep your pet calm and relaxed during his/her visit without the added stress of active restraint.
