AVENUES SWEET CHOICES is the United States representative and sole distributor for the creative DPM moulds, veiners and the original award-winning Platinum flower paste designed and manufactured by Lin and Dave Cook of SUGARCITY (England).
We also offer a wide assortment of flower making and cake decorating tools, sundries and publications, both of our own and those from other high quality designers and manufacturers.

For novices to advanced cake artists we provide;
Classes with Dianne Gruenberg year round: basic to advanced decorating techniques in Sugar Art Projects, Cake Decorating and Chocolate art.
Gumpaste and rolled fondant supplies.
Other cake decorating supplies including textured rolling pins, books and much more!

Dianne has 45 years experience in cake decorating and 22 years experience as an instructor, cake show judge and demonstrator in the USA, Canada and the UK. She has trained with top USA and European cake artists, is a member of the British Sugarcraft Society and an approved instructor for the International Cake Exploration society. She has appeared on the Food network, TLC ultimate cake off on a winning team, on TV, magazines etc. Dianne is the sole USA connection for the high quality Sugar Arts products from Sugarcity UK, and is the owner of A Wedding and Gift Boutique, a full service wedding and event provider and an all occasion gift shop.
Dianne is on the certified teachers list for ICES and available for classes, demonstrations, cake shows and Days of Sharing in the US and Canada.
