We Wouldn't Do That
More of our members have been reporting emails explaining that their cards and PIN numbers have been deactivated. Many of these emails have carried images from our credit union's website, CUNA's logo or generic credit union type stamps.The emails will include web links or telephone numbers to call. If you get one of these emails, don't follow the links and do not call the toll free numbers. We will not send solicitations via email regarding your card accounts and when we call we will never ask for sensitive information. If you ever have ANY question to the legitimacy of an item, please don't hesitate to ask us!
