Danceworks Recital DVD's are now in and ready to be picked up. Call Brigitt for studio times. If you haven't gone on Smugmug yet to choose your photos for the recital pictures, please do so no later than August 8th. The late orders will be turned in then. You should choose the last 4 numbers only of the picture. Choose 1 for your individual, 1 for the group, and then anything else you'd like of the action shots. Contact Brigitt if you did not receive the link via e-mail. We may not have it on file. Also the Recital T-shirts that were not picked up at the school are in my office.

Ballet, Pointe, Pas de deux, Modern, Modern Jazz Partnering, Lyrical, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Ballroom, Tap, Stretch & Strengthening, Body Sculpting, Creative Movement, Tumble-Tap-Bop I & II, Acro, Private, Semi-Private, Arranged Classes and Youth, Teen & Adult Combination Classes, Performance Teams and Lansing Chamber Dance. New classes offered for fall are Iyengar, Vinyasa Flow and Basic Yoga and Body Sculpting!!!

Danceworks philosophy is based on a genuine interest in each student’s personal growth. We believe that our students can only reach their true potential through a healthy approach to achieving their goals. Serious students that take advantage of Danceworks complete program will be better prepared for professional work in the field by developing a strong technique, stage presence, and a personal style. In addition to technique classes, Hip-Hop, Stretch & Strengtheneing, Body Sculpting, Yoga and Ballroom are offered for recreational fun. The school’s contemporary dance company, Lansing Chamber Dance offers serious additional performance opportunities in the concert setting. The schools Performance Teams offers a competitive setting as well as outside local performance opportunities. Danceworks adheres to state and national guidelines for dance education Members of NDA, MAHPERD, MDC and the NDEO. Participants in the Youth America Grand Prix & the Michigan Youth Arts Festival.
