The firm was established in 2001 in East Lansing, Michigan, by Sally Babbitt VanDenBerg. In 2006, the firm relocated to Eaton Rapids, Michigan, in order to take over the practice of the Hon. Julie H. Reincke, as she was appointed to the 56th District Court Bench in Eaton County.
The firm focuses on several areas of law, including, but not limited to: Family Law, Business Law, Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Probate, Real Property, Intellectual Property, Collections, and General Civil Litigation. With an office in Eaton Rapids, the firm primarily serves the Eaton, Ingham, and Jackson Counties, but many other counties have been served and continue to be served by our firm.

Sally Babbitt VanDenBerg, a native of Eaton Rapids,is a graduate of Albion College and Thomas M. Cooley Law School. She earned a B.A. from Albion College in Economics & Management with a focus on Accounting. While at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, she earned an Honors Scholarship, a "Book Award", and a concentration certificate in General Practice.

Currently, Ms. Babbitt VanDenBerg is admitted to practice law in both the State Courts and Federal District Courts. She is also a Court-approved Mediator in the areas of General Civil Litigation and Domestic Relations,and holds a certificate in Family Law from the Institute of Continuing Legal Education. She frequently is an Adjunct Professor at Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
Memberships include being a Council member of the Law Practice Management Section of the State Bar of Michigan, the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan,the State Bar of Michigan, Eaton County Bar Association, Ingham County Bar Association, the Eaton Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Eaton Rapids Rotary Club, and the Greater Lansing Estate Planning council.
