erindorf Meats provides only the highest quality meats and meat products. The market offers a wide selection of U.S.D.A. choice beef cuts from an old-fashioned meat counter, specialty smoked meats, carefully selected specialty food items, and chicken, pork, buffalo, elk, and venison items. Custom processing for area farmers is also performed as well as selling whole, sides, and quarters of beef and pork. Meat bundles for the freezer may be ordered as specified.
