Perfect for use on your pressure washer machine! Working pressure is rated up to 3,000 PSI thanks to the braided steel wire reinforcement. The outer cover is made of non-marring nitrile synthetic rubber - which should make your customers happy. The temperature range is from all the way down to 20 below up to 250° Fahrenheit.

THK quick-couplers have fast-acting poppet valves in both the plug and coupler to effectively prevent fluid loss on disconnect.

Industry terminology for the THK series is "hydraulic couplings". However, they also find wide application on vacuum systems, steam, liquid, gases and other installations where fluid loss during connection or disconnection is undesirable.

In terms of Flow Rate, the 1/4" style we are featuring can handle 3 Gallons Per Minute at 1,000 PSI with a Burst Strength of 12,000 PSI!

For those harder to reach areas we also offer the AL248 extension which offers an operating pressure of 4000 PSI maximum and Temperatures up to 300° F this 24" extension is sure to please.

Additionally, we also off the AL453 3/8" x 22mm x 14 mm swivel. A perfect add-on.

Straight Through or “Full Flow” couplers are non-valved and are usually applied in liquid systems needing maximum flow with no restrictions. Some typical applications are in chemical processing, pressure wash, plastic mold coolant lines, on water manifolds, food processing and other liquid handling applications where shut-offs are not needed and full flow is advantageous.

This month we are featuring the 3/8" body size, Female Pipe versions. The brass coupler and plug combined share a minimum burst pressure of 2700 PSI (approximately four times the working pressure).
