My name is Roger Smith, Executive Director of Muskegon Hearing & Speech Center and I, along with my dedicated staff, want to help you, or your family member, enjoy all that life has to offer! For over 60 years we have been serving the area as the only non-profit hearing and speech center, dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services and state-of the-art hearing aid technology to thousands of satisfied patients within the area. These are the best aids I've had so far and I've been wearing them for many years. These open fit aids are far superior to the old style. Staff are competent and caring and did a wonderful job in fitting them to me. I am glad I came to Muskegon Hearing and Speech.

Muskegon Hearing & Speech is a non-profit agency with United Way funding to assist clients who financially can not afford services and hearing aids. One client was assisted in repairing her hearing aid and with a new earmold. The following letter was received after assisting her. I was touched by this letter:
I appreciate your help in allowing me to have my hearing aid fixed and obtain a new hearing aid mold in this time of need. You can never understand how much it helps when you're hurting so financially and can't take care of your own basic needs.
