Coach's Corner is Livonia, Michigan's friendliest neighborhood sports bar. Founded in October 2001, Coach's Corner is managed under the watchful eye of host and owner Mike George - a longtime high school and college baseball coach in the Detroit area - who wanted to create a meeting place for friends, families, leagues and sports fans that was friendly, fun, clean, safe and welcoming.
With drink specials, lunch specials and dinner specials, the menu is always changing - but it's always delicious with homemade soups, fresh salads and prime meats.
Boasting more flat-screen televisions per square foot than most electronic stores, Coach's Corner is the place to be for Tigers, Pistons, Red Wings and Lions games. And the sports fun doesn't stop with televised games. Several times a year, Mike rents a bus, loads up drinks and snacks and takes a group of patrons down to a Tiger or Piston game and back to the bar for a full dinner. Throughout the year, he hosts a pig roast, a Jimmy Buffet night, all-you-can eat Friday fish fries, Monday night Trivia games and Tuesday night Euchre tournaments. It's all part of the family-friendly fun.
Each year, Coach's Corner sponsors several local sports teams and Mike is a tireless supporter of the community.
Available for private parties, Coach's Corner can host your next birthday, anniversary or special event.
So, come on out to Coach's Corner, where the food is great, the atmosphere is friendly and the laughs are free.
