Hello, and Welcome to J & K Auction Service! We conduct many types of auctions including but not limited to: Real Estate, Commercial, Industrial, Estate, Farm, Antique, Household, Construction, Animal and many more.

Jeff Gouker (my husband) is a native of Indiana and also holds a License to be an Auctioneer in the State of Indiana. He is a 1993 Graduate of "Missouri Auction School". Although he had been participating in auctions many years before, he and I began a business together in 1993 founding J & K Auction Service.

HERE ARE JUST A FEW SERVICES YOU WILL RECIEVE IF JKBID or J & K AUCTION SERVICE LLC CONDUCTS AN AUCTION FOR YOU:For Live Auctions:1. Completely Computerized Clerking and Cashiering System.

3. Tents and Tables for Auction Merchandise

4. Professional Auction Staff (Including Associate Auctioneers).

For Online Auctions:
1. Item/s will be nicely displayed in secure "inside" buildings.
2. Great Listings and Pictures of your item/s.
3. Prompt check In/Out services for buyers.
4. Helpful and Courteous staff to assist you in placing your items or picking up items that are purchased.
5. Seller settlements - one week after item/s sell.

Unfortunately, the facility we have been leasing has been sold, so we will be moving.
We are currently looking at other facilities and will post more information about the move as we get that information.
What JKBID buyers and sellers need to know:
We will be open our regular open hours before moving.
WE WILL BE MOVING OUT ON SEPT. 17TH
ALL BUYERS MUST PICK UP ANY ITEMS PURCHASHED BY 5:00 PM ON FRIDAY SEPT. 17TH.
ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WILL BE FOREFEITED. AND CARDS WILL BE CHARGED.
All items purchased on our Sept. 14th Auction must be removed by 5:00 pm on Friday Sept. 17th as well.
