Thursday, Sept 23 ... PHONE PROBLEM
For 2 weeks now some clients have had problems reaching us. Some have even thought we had closed!! We assure you that we are open. Our local service provider is having difficulties with their network.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
Welcome to the Heritage Animal Hospital. We are a group of professionals who really enjoy working with animals. It is very easy to find ourselves personally bonded to them as individuals. When a patient comes through hard times we celebrate as a team. If there is nothing we can do then we are sad as a team. You will find we do not take a stiff, formal approach to our work. An informal and loving relationship with those under our care is what makes our work day enjoyable.
We recognize that our clients are the very reason we exist. If a client does not find our services acceptable it will impact us financially and morally. Our protocols of care do not necessarily follow the mainstream of veterinary medicine. We will ask questions of the client to design a health care protocol specific to the pet's lifestyle and needs. We are also considerate of the cost involved and will direct the dollars spent to maximize the benefit to the pet.
Our commitment to service is illustrated by the extended hours we are available. If a pet owner calls with a serious, urgent problem they are not scheduled into an open spot 2-3 days later just to suit us. We worry when our own pets are in trouble so naturally we understand the client's point of view. Also certain services not found in a typical practice are provided for a one stop shop sense of convenience and confidence. Usually one doctor will personally have the skills or the skills of practice colleagues at their disposal to meet the required needs.
We are proud of our practice team and humbled by our clients' dedication.
