Luther Manor is an idealplace to recuperate for a few weeks or a few months while recovering from an illness, injury or surgery.
Our goal is to help you gain strength and the ability to carry out the activities of daily living so you can return safely to your own home.
As your recovery ends, you may choose to continue to live at Luther Manor, enjoying the security of 24-hour skilled nursing care.
Luther Manor offers a full range of rehabilitative services in a spacious, cheerful and well-equipped therapy room:
Physical therapy to strengthen muscles and improve walking, balance, and mobility after a fall or a fracture
Occupational therapy to improve the arm and hand movement so important in activities of daily living
Speech and language therapy to improve eating, swallowing and language skills following a stroke or brain injury
An atmosphere of Christian warmth embraces the Luther Manor community
Our resident chaplain leads regular services and Bible classes in a beautiful chapel and provides individual pastoral care. Visiting clergy of all faiths are welcome.
Luther Manor is a Christ-centered, not-for-profit skilled nursing facility owned and operated by Lutheran Social Services of Michigan.

The Luther Manor family provides kind and gentle restorative and rehabilitative care within a clean, safe and nurturing environment. Professionals in dietetics, dentistry, podiatry, optometry, psychiatry, social service and rehabilitation come into our home to enhance our holistic approach to serving our residents.
Seventy-nine residents of Luther Manor enjoy private rooms, while 19 choose companion suites. Residents often surround themselves with familiar furniture from home. There are comfortable lounges, attractive courtyards, and a beautiful chapel and meditation area for social gatherings or the quiet of peaceful contemplation.
