Sometimes life is good. And sometimes life hurts -- no matter how hard you try to make it better.

We've all been there.

We believe it's easier to get unstuck, find your way, and move forward again when you have someone at your side to listen, to care, and to be there with you step by step as you pick yourself up, start again, and press on toward the peace you long for and the goals you dream of reaching.

It would be our joy and our honor to walk with you till your road gets a little bit smoother and you know you are on your way to success again.

We are a mid-Michigan outpatient counseling center in Corunna, MI (near Owosso and 30 miles west of Flint) founded in 2001.
Our services include individual, couples, family and group counseling to help you when you need someone who cares who will listen, who will help you get clearly in mind what your goals are, who will stand with you as you find and face what the problem really is, and who will support you in finding some new strategies, resources and tools to get you past the obstacles and on to reach your goals.

We also offer unique educational and coaching programs to help you build vital knowledge and new skills to help you be all that you can be.
For those who request it, we provide a combination of faith-based services, including Christian counseling and support for reaching for a deeper level of healing, peace, harmony, meaning and fulfillment through spiritual disciplines that can bring more truth to your awareness as we join our faith with yours.

HOW WE DO IT:
We start with what we call a "whole person concept" of counseling. That is, we keep in mind that a client is not a diagnosis or a list of symptoms, but a whole person whose problems affect him or her in many areas of life at once. So we know an approach is needed that addresses healthy thinking, family and relationship issues, emotional health, diet and nutrition, exercise, lifestyle balance, hurtful memories, and also any substance abuse or addictions or spiritual issues you may be working on.
We assess how you see your world within your family and social context, look at factors that may have led to the current problem(s) and then offer counseling or educational programs to help you address these problems and their effects and go on to reach your goals.
