Different home inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing.One thing for sure, a home inspection involves work, alot of work. Ultimatly a thorough home inspection depends heavily on the individual home inspector's own effort.
I know what a thorough home inspection takes.
Every home inspection is unique, and each presents its own set of circumstances that need personalized treatment.

My fees are based on the Square Footage of the home, so there will never be any additional charges for an inspection
(Mold Testing, Radon Testing, Septic Inspections are available for an additional fee.)
