As parents and owners of the Children’s Academy for Learning we know the importance of making good choices for our children at such a critical point in their development. We also know that it is our responsibility to ensure they grow up to make good choices for themselves. At the Children’s Academy for Learning our director and teachers work hard every day to help your child succeed academically, socially and emotionally. Fostering and nurturing the human spirit in every child is one of our primary goals.
The Children’s Academy for Learning offers exceptional Preschool and Kindergarten programs for children 3 to 6 years old. Our caring and experienced teachers use a Montessori based philosophy and academics with traditional teaching techniques. There is a strong emphasis on math, reading and language, balanced with time for creativity, play and socialization. The teachers adapt lessons to each individual child; encouraging independence, promoting self confidence and enhancing self esteem. Children also learn to cooperate with other children and adults, learn impulse control, and develop their attention span and concentration which prepares them for positive and successful learning experiences.
