Winter 2011: YMCA / AAU Volleyball
Age Group: 9 - 16.

This is the second year a competitive youth volleyball option is being made available through the YMCA, following a very successful 2010 campaign.
Tryouts for Y-sponsored AAU volleyball teams will be held in November. If there is sufficient player interest, teams will be forming for 12U, 14U, and 16U age divisions.
Tryout dates are as follows:
12U Friday, November 12th 7-9PM
Saturday, November 13th 6-8PM
—Born on or after September 1, 1998
14U Friday, November 19th 7-9PM
Saturday, November 20th 6-8PM
—Born on or after September 1, 1996
16 U Friday, December 3rd 7-9PM
Saturday December 4th 6-8PM
—Born on or after September 1, 1994
Once teams have been selected, practices are scheduled to begin in January 2011. Games and tournaments will be played on weekends, from January to May.

Registration: 30 minutes before tryouts.
Start Date: Tryouts in November, season begins in January.
End Date: May.
