Anodizing

Aluminum anodizing is an electro-chemical process that converts the surface of an aluminum product to aluminum oxide. This oxide layer, depending on the type of anodize, will provide the part with enhanced corrosion resistance and wear resistance. In addition it will allow the part to be colored using a wide assortment of anodizing dyes.

Anomag

Similar to what anodizing does for an aluminum part, Anomag will provide a very corrosion resistant coating to magnesium. Anomag also provides an outstanding basecoat for subsequent treatments such as painting.

Chromating

A chromate conversion coating provides a very thin film conversion coating to aluminum. Chromating provides a moderate level of corrosion resistance and is a good base good for secondary coatings.

Pixodize

Pixodize shatters the limitations of traditional anodize coloring methods by allowing any photo quality graphic image to be placed within the anodic coating. Your imagination is the limit when it comes to making your product stand out.
