A little bit does a lot
To: The Fellowship of St. Paul’s
From: Jeff Regan
October is the traditional time here at St. Paul’s when we address financial giving to the church. Stewardship, Every Member Commitment, and pledging all are part of the same idea. We ask ourselves, “What will we give next year to God’s work?”
POINSETTIA ORDER FORM
If you wish to order a Poinsettia for Christmas Sunday, December 19, fill out the form and send it with your check for $9.50 each to St. Paul's. The deadline to order is December 6.
Be Connected Neighborhood Groups are coming early in 2011. Be
sure to check the maps in the Narthex to see that we have your home’s location corr ect. And check your address and phone number in the listings. Don't miss this opportunity for spiritual connection and support.
Come and join in the fun and fellowship of a good, old-fashioned potluck supper. Bring a favorite dish to share (entre, salad, side dish, dessert) in addition to your own place setting (plate, silverware, glass/cup.) Beverages and rolls will be provided.
After sampling so many yummy things, we then invite you to participate in Deck the Halls at St. Pauls! We have 6 trees to decorate, in addition to adding garlands to the Sanctuary.
This will be an opportunity to connect with many others of all ages and stages in the congregation. Come and enjoy!
1-2:30 p.m., Hickey Hall
Join us for a family-friendly afternoon of Christmas joy. There will be Advent crafts, special performances by the Children's vocal and handbell choirs, and an opportunity to experience what it was like in Bethlehem when Jesus was born.
A guide will take you on a journey to hear the story of Jesus' birth as you meet a Roman Centurion, King Herod, and the shepherds.
Everyone is asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy for Rochester Area Neighborhood House. And the party wouldn't be complete without cupcakes and punch! Bring the whole family for this wonderful celebration.
A multi media study with practical hands-on experiences. Led by Rev. Jack Amick using The Spirit and Art of Conflict Transformation, by Tom Porter.
St. Pauls wants to keep in touch with your college student throughout the year and send them a care package in early December. We need the address of your college student. Please send this information to Stacie Buckler.

God's Renewed Creation: Call to Hope and Action

Please read this important letter about how we relate to all of Gods creation and discuss it with your Sunday School class, fellowship group, your family or other church group. A group study guide is also available from our church office (248-651-9361).
