AVAILABLE REAL ESTATERESIDENCES, COTTAGES,

We are attorneys. We are trained and experienced ADVOCATES. Our work is an ART.
We root our opinions and actions in what works. Our knowledge of the law, litigation
experience and powers of persuasion are resources that work for you... even when you
are planning, preparing or making personal, family or business decisions.

We say "Taxpayer's Voice" because virtually every one of us pays taxes and at times
every one of us needs help in voicing our rights and interests. After all, who doesn't pay
taxes? Almost every single person, whether they like it or not are part of our national,
state and local community tax system. It's basically a system of shared interests. But
from time to time, each one of us feels as though we are powerless, uninformed and
inexperienced in some aspect of our personal or business life. That's something we all
now share in our complex world. And to an extent we all feel as though our rights, or
interests and goals are ignored or reduced to a level of no consequence, no matter how
well grounded we believe them to be. At the most pervasive level, this is true for our
relationship with our government tax authorities, but it is also true for our relationships
with insurance companies, other big business and governmental bodies.

Also, the truth is, virtually every single person in the United States is a taxpayer. And
everyone of us pays more tax than what you can initially acknowledge. In fact, you pay
tax directly and indirectly, in one form or another regardless of your age, gender,
education, race, religion and income. Sometimes what you pay for an item may actually
be predominantly federal, state and local tax.

Please reflect on that for a while. Did you realize you paid tax when you personally
bought your first hamburger from McDonalds when you were 5. Moreover, even before
that, virtually everything needed to keep you safe and comfortable as a newborn was
taxed - and the universe of taxation expanded from that point on.

Here’s a general list of taxes that impact on each of our daily lives:

1) sales tax (including, in most states, sales tax on food). Sales tax is paid by
everyone who purchases anything at retail, from baby diapers to

3) income tax (federal, state and local)
4) social security and medicare

8) single business tax
9) personal property tax (a tax on non-real property used in the course of business)

11) federal estate, gift and state estate/inheritance tax
12) heavy vehicle road tax
13) other surcharges, additional or special assessments and the like.

Whether paid directly or indirectly when you pay for goods or services you personally
pay one or more of the above taxes.

So it is that the complexity of your life keeps you from being able to attend to everything
that affects you, your family or your small business. This limits your ability to
personally stand up for yourself when you are improperly treated by the government,
big politicians, big business, big banking, big insurance, big investment brokers and big
retirement fund programs (to name a just a few), and other bullies (anything that has
courage only because of its size) etc.

Hence we all need a voice, an advocate, a paraclete, and that’s the reason for The
“Taxpayer’s Voice.”® We are advocates who speak for you when you need help. We'll
help you stand up against big institutions and businesses that otherwise will out spend,
out wait, out manipulate or simply ignore you, your rights and your needs. And we win.
