Thank you for visiting our website for the First Baptist Church of Howell.

We are located at 210 Church Street at the corner of Church and State (one block north of Grand River.)

We have served the Howell community for over 171 years through a variety of activities and ministries. Our church is affiliated with the American Baptist Churches, U.S.A.

We are excited to celebrate our founders, who in 1838 chose to establish First Baptist Church so they and their families could honor God through his son Jesus Christ. Over these years many have joined this church to become followers and servants of Christ. We thank God for their commitment to this church and to those who have followed. We rejoice and praise God for this blessed path that was built for us and for those yet to come.

Our congregation includes all ages -- each learning the Word of God through Bible Study and active participation in church life.

Sunday School for all ages begins at 9:45 a.m.
The worship service is held at 10:45 a.m. Communion Sunday is the first Sunday of the month.
